WHEN INTERPRETER SERVICES ARE NEEDED FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS, 2 INTERPRETERS ARE REQUIRED.  REGULAR
RATE WILL BE CHARGED FOR 2ND INTERPRETER.

LESS THAN 24 HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE - $5.00/HOUR

OUTSIDE OF DUVAL COUNTY – PORTAL-TO-PORTAL (REGULAR FEE)

ADDITIONAL FEES INCURRED (I.E. - PARKING)

MEALS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR INTERPRETERS DURING LUNCHEONS AND DINNERS

INVOICES ARE DUE UPON RECEIPT.

UNPAID INVOICES WILL ACCRUE A 5% LATE FEE EVERY MONTH UNTIL PAID IN FULL.

Cancellation Form required when cancelling a confirmed appointment.  Cancellation fees may apply.

ASSIGNMENTS THAT ARE NO-SHOWS, OR CANCELLED IN LESS THAN 48 HOURS WILL BE BILLED IN FULL

INTERPRETERS STAY FOR 15 MINUTES PER SCHEDULED HOUR FOR LATE OR NO-SHOW ASSIGNMENTS
